An accident involving a big rig and another vehicle occurred in Houston at 2:30 am on October 3.  The crash occurred on Interstate 45, and blocked one main lane of the highway, as well as the on-ramp.

The 18 wheeler was carrying a load of ceramic tiles, which emergency crews tried to secure before they collapsed onto the roadway below.

It is unclear what the cause of the accident was.  There do not appear to be any injuries.
